Episode 1: Powerball Fever

The Griffin family begin living on a stricter budget. A local news story on the lottery influences Peter to buy a ticket in hopes that he will win and set the family on a better financial platform. Peter reveals to his family that he has bought several thousand lottery tickets, admitting that he has taken out a second mortgage on the house in order to buy them.

Stewie tries to help Brian by staying by his side and taking care of him, but Brian's hallucinations begin to overwhelm him and he perceives himself in a dreadful world where he is continually attacked by various monsters resembling the Griffins and Quagmire. Brian eventually snaps out of the effect after Stewie helps him downstairs to drink some water.
Episode 3: Screams Of Silence: The Story of Brenda Q

Peter, Quagmire and Joe discuss the matter, asking if the police can solve the situation. Joe then suggests that the group have an intervention with Brenda, where Quagmire confesses that the sister he knew growing up no longer exists, and he wants her back. The two then embrace each other by hugging, until Jeff enters the intervention
Episode 5: Road to the Pilot

When Brian approaches Stewie about helping him find a tennis ball, he asks if he remembers the date that he lost it. The two soon come upon the Griffin family, but notice that the universe that they have returned to is stranger than they remembered it. They also notice that the family continually pauses for cutaways, and Meg's voice is different.

Brian, the family dog, asks Kevin to explain why he deserted the army, with Kevin telling him that he had grown tired of the war, and had befriended many of the Iraqis, leading him to want to try to escape. Kevin and the family then begin fighting over the United States's occupation of Iraq, with Brian protecting him
Episode 7: Amish Guy

Meg approaches her father, Peter, about talking to Eli's father to let his son date her, but when Peter tries to introduce him to rock music, he unintentionally turns the Amish community against him. They then demand that the Griffin family leave, who explain that they cannot leave until their car is fixed.
Episode 8: Cool Hand Peter

When Cleveland Brown returns to Quahog for a week, he visits his old friends Peter, Joe and Quagmire. When Peter gets tired of his wife, Lois, constantly demanding for him to do chores so the group decides to take a road trip to New Orleans, Louisiana. Whilst their husbands are away, Lois, Bonnie and Donna proceed to enjoy "girl time".
Episode 10: Quagmire and Meg

Meg turns 18 and the family takes her to a Teen Choice Awards show. When they return, Peter reveals, to Lois' annoyance, that the cars parked on the street are people here for Meg's surprise party. When they go inside the house, they find that nobody has turned up to the party. Lois asks Chris what he did with the $300 she gave him to pay kids to come to the party
Episode 11: The Blind Side

Brian gets a blind girlfriend who hates dogs Despite, this, they build up a healthy relationship without her aware of his species, but he still wants to meet her parents; Peter is introduced to a new co-worker at the brewery named Stella whom Quagmire has his eyes on, while the family deals with their newly faulty staircase at home.

The Griffin family goes to the Quahog Public Library for the Children's Sing-a-long activity held by Bruce. Stewie meets a friend named Scotty Jennings. Lois puts them on a play date, but Scotty falls ill and passes out, so Lois and Peter take him to the hospital. Dr. Hartman tells them that Scotty has cancer and needs treatment.

Peter get together with all for the tea party after the closure of his illegal business by Quauhog's government. Now he wants to smash down the government which was the reason for his business shut down. His campaign was a success after all the pros and cons and his father-in-law, Carter draws all the benefits from this.

As per the show tradition, Stewie and Brian are reverting back to their viewers mail. Quahog was taken by the famous comedian. Joe is motivated to have one night stand with his new appealing partner.
